SAFETY ORIGIN OFTHE REVOLUTION

Site dumpers can quickly change a job site’s dynamic. Compact and manoeuvrable in all ground conditions, they provide an efficient solution to material movement on the job site. However, the risk of accidents on conventional site dumpers remains a concern, mainly because of the potential obstruction of visibility from the front load.

SMARTER AND SAFER OPERATIONS

The Revotruck’s rotating cab turns up to 225 degrees for 360-degree visibility of the surroundings and skips movement. By facing the direction of travel, drivers minimise downtime for tricky manoeuvres while drastically reducing the risk of a worksite accident or crash. This Revotruck combines the best of both worlds as it carries materials in the rear and functions as a site dumper when loading and unloading materials in the skip.

A lot of alternative products have attempted to solve this problem by using rotating driving platforms (since the 1950s), but operators always stay in the same position without using them:

Turning the heavy console is uncomfortable and time-consuming. Moreover, this manual operation is performed in a restricted space for the driver’s legs, making it laborious when repeated throughout the working day
With a rotating console but a fixed cab, all cab elements (mirrors, doors, windscreen..) are never at the correct position when the platform is rotated
Access is only possible from one side of the machine and once the platform is facing forward

In order to improve the safety and efficiency of material transportation, we developed a new type of vehicle based on user-centered innovation. Versatile Equipment are excited to announce that we have partnered with Messersi to bring you their Mini Tracked Dumpers. With its hydraulic-powered lifting system, this mini dumper can easily move large quantities of materials or deposit them in skips. Tracked dumpers carry loads up to 500 kilograms on rough surfaces and steep slopes up to 30 degrees. In addition, this machine can carry loads in extremely rough environments easily, thanks to its 9HP 270cc engine. This makes it suitable for construction or building sites.

What is the use of a mini dumper?

With its small size, it is easy to move and transport and is perfect for carrying concrete, bricks, soil, sand, gravel, and anything else you may need for a job.

How wide is a mini-track dumper?

There is a wide range of sizes for mini dumpers. Our walk-behind dumpers are 690mm wide, enabling them to go through standard or narrow doorways. Our mini dumper vehicles are slightly wider – at around 1,120mm – yet still suitable for domestic use.

How much can a mini dumper carry?

As we mentioned above, they are designed to carry approximately half a ton of waste. They can be tipped at 1.45 meters from the ground.
