in small to medium commercial development sites and road

Q1 and Q2 2021.

Two models of Articulated Tandem Rollers (ATR), in
the class between 2-3 tons (2.3 and 2.6).

Highlights:

• Articulation joint with oscillation ensures balanced weight distribution and continuous ground contact during compaction
• Intuitive machine controls on a rubber-mounted operator platform ensuring all day operator comfort. The machine also has two different programmable drive modes (soft drive / hard drive) helping less experienced operators on the jobsite

Bobcat Light Compactors – Trench rollers

As their name suggests, trench rollers are designed primarily for trench compaction. In addition, they cover a wide range of applications, such as pipeline construction, electric and other cable installations, and commercial or industrial developments. Even dump site and landfill job sites can benefit greatly from these machines. They can be used for soil, sand or gravel compaction, and can even tackle hard-to-compact materials such as clay.

Bobcat Light Compactors – Walk-behind rollers

Walk behind rollers are versatile machines, suitable for compacting bituminous material but also for light earthwork and other repairs. Bobcat walk behind rollers are equipped
with dual-amplitude settings, so customers can change between soil/gravel and asphalt/bituminous compaction within seconds.

Our lineup will consist of 2 models, both equipped with dualdrum for maximum compaction. Walk behind rollers are fully hydraulic machines, with integrated water sprinkler system as standard.

Bobcat Light Compactors – Hydrostatic plates

Hydrostatic plates are fit for all heavy compaction work in civil engineering and road construction. They can compact all ground materials – such as sand, gravel, crushed stone, asphalt and sett paving – with ease.

Our hydrostatic plate lineup relies on a fully hydraulic system, so it does not require a V-belt. They operate with a dual- or triple-shaft excitation system. Packing the heaviest punch of our vibratory plates, they weigh between 450 and 582 kilos.

Bobcat Light Compactors – Reversible plates

Reversible vibratory plates are suitable for jobs related to civil engineering and road construction. They can easily compact all ground materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed stone, concrete, or sett paving. All Bobcat reversible plates operate with a twin-shaft system, enabling change of direction during compaction. The twin-shaft technology also results in dual weight – thus better compaction force. Hydrostatic steering controls guarantee ease-of-operation and quick change in compaction direction. Machine weight ranges from 109 to 490 kilos.

Bobcat Light Compactors – Forward plates

Vibratory forward plates are suitable for compacting sand, gravel, lean concrete, bitumen coated gravel, and paving stones. Their compact size makes them easy to transport between job sites – and they’re ideal for compaction in tight spaces (trenches, pipelines and sidewalks) and even landscaping.

They are the smallest of our vibratory plate offering, ranging between 54 and 115 kilos. Smart engineering design of the handles protects the operator from unwanted vibration, while the machine frame enables a secure grip and easy machine control.

Bobcat Light Compactors – Rammers

Vibratory rammers are intended for small compaction work (trench, drainage and pipeline) – and thanks to their easy transport, they’re often used for road construction as well. They are suitable for compacting asphalt mixtures, mixed soils, sand, gravel materials, loam and clay.

Our line-up of rammers will consist of 6 models, in the range of 29 up to 89 kilos. All models are equipped with a reduced vibration handle and a state-of-the-art CAD calculated weight distribution, guaranteeing maximum safety and operator comfort. Models R60 and up will include an integrated height adjustment system.
