• 90,000+ psi steel is used in the wrapper, sideplate, sidebar, and hinge. Wear strips, wear plates, and cutting edge use 135,000+ psi abrasion – resistant, high-strength steel.
• Large tip radius optimizes bucket capacity for easy to penetrate soils.
• Bottom wear strips provide replaceable wear material for worn areas.
• Straight sides dump quickly with less tendency to pack material at the back of the bucket.
• Side bars facilitate material handling, especially pipes and poles, and when working with a thumb.
• All Caterpillar buckets some with an adjuster group to eliminate slack.
• Sidebars are pre-drilled for optional sidecutters.
