That was soon followed by development of the world's first four-wheel-drive skid-steer loader—a revolutionary concept in machines that literally changed the way the world works.

Bobcat All-wheel Steer Loaders

The unique Bobcat A300 loader - the only one in the industry - offers two types of steering. In addition to skid steering, the loader offers, at the flip of a switch in the operator cab, all-wheel steering. Skid steering is indispensable for those applications requiring a maximum of manoeuvrability.

All-wheel steering will be tyre-friendly even when you’re working on asphalt and other hard surfaces. All-wheel steering is ideal for minimizing disturbance to soft surfaces.

Like all Bobcat loaders, the A300 is equipped with the Bob-Tach mounting frame, allowing the machine to use a large number of attachments to handle all kinds of applications. A heated cab, 2 speed ranges and joystick controls are standard for increased comfort, efficiency and productivity

AVANT has over 12 years’ experience in attachment development and design. Today more than 50 attachments can be mounted on AVANT loaders.

Montabert Breakers and Demolition Attachments

Montabert have always been at the forefront of development in hydraulic breakers. They developed the first hydraulic paving breaker in 1965 and then introduced the variable speed breaker (BRV system) in 1987. The current Montabert rock breaker design includes a built in shock absorber to reduce vibrations transmitted to the carrier boom and cab.

Thanks to the Silver Clip range, Montabert breakers now start off at a size which is suitable for 1 ton carriers. Combine this range with the light, medium and heavy ranges, and you’ll find that Montabert have attachments for carriers between 1 and 90 tons!
